Unfriendly shift leader and the food was cold

The fact that no coupons / vouchers are accepted here is really annoying. But here one tries to generate the maximum yield - at the expense of the customer. Next time I will drive a little further on the A6. There is enough choice.

In both happy meals the toy and the drink were missing, instead both apple pieces and the smoothie were in it. The sauces were reversed in the different Happymeals. I ordered via the app, so there shouldn't be any such errors. In addition, no app coupons are accepted

Toilet closed. Allegedly because of Corona. Great for a motorway stop! Other McDonald's at motorway stations have not closed their toilets!

When we ordered from the drive-in, something was forgotten for the second time. Unfortunately, there were also burgers in the upper price range, which were not so often found on the order and therefore had to stand out. From now on, every time they drive to the side to check the bags.

Was passing through last week and wanted to get something to eat quickly. The drive-in was hopelessly overcrowded. Due to the current situation, I fully understand that. But what I can't understand ... why is the order counter in the restaurant open, but then not serving the people. And why doesn’t anyone explain to the kitchen staff how to wear mouth and nose protection properly? The entire workforce in the kitchen only covered their mouths but not their noses ... I would say questionable at the moment.

the feeder is not bad, you can fill your stomach quickly and efficiently, but there is one side effect (it seems to me that it is from everything) I want to go to the toilet :(

I don't have much to say about this place because it is very well known. Speaking of. I make a little bracket. I love the advertising they have now. With a menu, it offers you a collector's glass and the glasses are very strong

Great service. There was a friendly response to requests for changes and my little daughter even got an ice cream on the house. Corona measures were applied well. All in all very satisfied.

Charging more than € 6.18 for a liter of water is the answer of the employee when asked why water is so expensive at Mc: We're not at Penny's here! ? Yes, but not in a star restaurant, where the water is served in a water glass and that again and again when the glass is empty ... This is what is called service, which at Penny is the same as at Mc, especially at the drive-in counter, only cheaper.

!! Very unfriendly and the manager or boss who was there does not offer the existing promotions for glasses as correct !!

Order terminals all blocked. Slow service at the cash register. You go there and get an unfriendly "We don't take vouchers" without a greeting, nothing. Thank you, once and never again.

We were passing here and wanted to have a snack. I had 200 € with me, for which we were denied service, asked to change. After running around the district in order to exchange money for a small one, they did not find it. On the first call, they left € 0.41. On the second call, they refused and said that we didn’t. God is their judge. After taking a photo, they called the police on us

Recession refers to McDrive. Employees are always very friendly and above all things are moving forward, even when there is a lot going on. The exact opposite of the other burger shop across the street :) Nevertheless, you should check whether everything is in the bag that has been ordered. Now and then something is forgotten. If you then get handed in without hesitation. Therefore only 4 stars.

The franchisee does not accept vouchers or online coupons. Bad food is therefore very expensive. Just had to go to the MC because of the kids. For the money I can also go to the Italian restaurant or buy delicious doner kebab without end. My Opinion: If burgers, then only Burger King. Tastes better. Good price / performance ratio. Unlimited vouchers can be used multiple times.

The first time I've got a chicken burger that was very fresh. Hot and crispy chicken. Mjam

One of the worse locations. Tables were not clean, although there was hardly any activity. The lady at the cash register was probably overwhelmed. Forgot things, wrong drinks etc. At the moment you have to get your own food, the machines are locked.

Place was a mess, the ordering machines were not working, and they refused to accept coupons from the app

- Rude staff - do not explain their own corona regulations and then attack their customers - do not take vouchers although some are advertised And to put someone at the checkout who has customer contact and doesn't speak or hardly speaks German is also counterproductive .... I ride this route very often in the year and will never stop there again ...

There was even a lady there on Sunday who greeted new guests in a very friendly way and ensured that there were no large accumulations among the guests. Was very, very pleasant and pleasantly surprised. Thanks for that!

Comparing this experience to a former Burger King experience, this was really good allthough lacking spices. A complicated ticket system gave ekstra benefits and service was excelent.

What should I say? McDonald's :) No five star luxury restaurant but decent food, especially the breakfast stuff. Restaurant was very tidy and the staff friendly.

This was obviously a very challenging time for the staff as they struggled to cope with the huge number of orders in a short time, and I believe there was a problem with the electronic system. However, it became obvious that somehow they had lost our order slip and I tried several times to alert them to the fact that they were serving people who had ordered much later than us. Customers left without food in disgust but as it was Sunday night and on the way back to our hotel we felt we were prepared to wait - but in the end we were there for over an hour waiting for food which makes this the worst McDs we have visited in the whole world. I cannot fault the wonderful people in the queue who tried to help me as my 20 year old school days German was not enough to communicate effectively with the staff, but staff continued to be rude, insulted me in German and did little to help until they finally realised their mistake. To be shouted at by staff when they had lost our order slip is completely unacceptable. I appreciate the kindness of the server who finally helped. Extra fries as an apology was welcome until I opened our takeaway order after we'd left and one of our Big Mac's was missing.
